I launched my formal introduction to technology with 4 years of overseas experience in the US Air Force working with aircraft navigation systems. This paved the path to a career as a degreed Electrical Engineer. As a student, my fascination with technology was further fed through an internship with Disney World’s Imagineering Team where my love of creating experiences through engineering and my developing foundation of “customer first” was refined.

After graduation, I joined a South Florida facility design and engineering firm earning a broad experience in building mechanical, electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems as well as the fundamentals of business financial and management operations.

Through each of these experiences, I share that I was incredibly fortunate to have strong mentors in each of the diverse roles. This exposure to business, leadership, design and management along with strong, caring mentors lead me to the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.

From successful launching of a medical supply company to building a design centric retail brand in the colorful Wynwood Arts District to a senior leader in New Construction Service Deployment at Hotwire Communications, I have always been willing to accept a wide range of challenges and build a winning team with an ever optimistic enthusiasm.

My success as a leader has been built on having truly impactful mentors. I try every day to carry on their legacies with each of member his team. You often hear me quip that I am just here to build that path for his team to thrive and reminds himself daily of the following: “A leader is only defined by the individual successes of each team member.”
